Brian Walsh is a commercial real estate broker and Managing Partner at Davis Realty Group, specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment properties, and owner-user acquisitions throughout New Jersey.
Over the course of his career, Brian has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions, representing property owners, investors, tenants, and business owners across office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and investment properties. His work is concentrated throughout Central New Jersey, including East Brunswick, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, and the surrounding Middlesex County market.
Brian advises clients on commercial property sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, development and redevelopment opportunities, and value-add real estate. His experience extends beyond traditional brokerage to property management, financial analysis, tenant relations, and real estate operations, giving him a practical understanding of commercial properties from both an ownership and occupancy perspective.
Known for his ability to structure transactions and navigate complex negotiations, Brian works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, identify potential challenges, and develop strategies aligned with their financial and operational objectives. His experience includes transactions involving stabilized investments, owner-occupied properties, development sites, repositioning opportunities, and properties requiring creative deal structures.
Brian also brings extensive experience working with religious institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other mission-driven organizations. Having previously served in executive leadership and property management roles, he understands the operational, financial, and real estate considerations these organizations face when buying, selling, leasing, or managing property.
As Broker/Owner and Managing Partner of Davis Realty Group, Brian helps lead the firm's commercial real estate practice and works alongside its brokerage team to serve clients throughout New Jersey.
Brian has traveled to more than 30 countries, an experience that has broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to build relationships with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
