Jim Duffy brings an expertise in multifamily, industrial, redevelopment and office properties and a flair for negotiating to the Davis Commercial team.

During his career, Jim has developed specific expertise in the New Brunswick, NJ real estate market. Over the years, Jim has had a tremendous impact on the landscape of the city of New Brunswick, and many of the modern buildings in the “Hub City” are a result of his expertise in assemblage, and redevelopment.

In addition to his proficiency with the Greater New Brunswick area, he is also adept with property in Highland Park, South Brunswick, and Somerset, NJ.

Jim earned his broker’s license in 1995, shortly after receiving his salesperson’s license. He is also a graduate of Rutgers University, with a degree in economics. Jim is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.
