Jonathan Benowitz is Managing Partner and a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Davis Realty Group, a full-service real estate brokerage serving clients throughout New Jersey.

Jonathan began his real estate career at 18 years old with Davis Realtors. While attending Drew University full time and competing as a member of the Swimming & Diving Team, he built an active brokerage practice, completing dozens of commercial and residential transactions and earning multiple New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards.

After graduating Cum Laude from Drew University with a degree in Business in 2024, Jonathan became Director of Operations at Davis Realty Group, expanding his responsibilities from brokerage production into the day-to-day management and growth of the company. In 2026, he became an owner and Managing Partner of Davis Realty Group.

Today, Jonathan is dedicated to commercial real estate brokerage and leading the continued growth of Davis Realty Group’s Davis Realtors and Davis Commercial divisions. His commercial practice spans Central and Northern New Jersey, with a particular emphasis on Middlesex County and major commercial corridors including Route 18, Cranbury Road, Route 1, and Route 130. He represents property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, medical, and investment properties.

As Managing Partner, Jonathan is focused on building upon Davis Realty Group’s established reputation by delivering high-quality, professional real estate services to clients while providing its agents with strong support, resources, and opportunities to grow their businesses.

Jonathan is also active in industry leadership and professional development. He serves in a leadership role within the Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) and regularly hosts “Coffee and Commercial Real Estate” educational programs focused on helping REALTORS® better understand the fundamentals of commercial real estate.
