Stuart began his career as a Journalist, covering local towns in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. A background which greatly contributed to his success in Real Estate.

His mom, Rollie Davis, had recently opened Rollie Davis Realty, Inc. Stuart obtained his real estate license, and after his first sale he was hooked! He was a natural, earning Sales Awards from the very start, and made the decision to join his mother on an entrepreneurial path and grow the company.

Today, Stuart leads a team of real estate brokers and sales associates as Broker of Record for Davis Realty Group, Inc, with Residential and Commercial branches.

Stuart currently serves as President of the Central Jersey MLS, a 10,000 member organization of licensed real estate professionals. He has been honored by the East Brunswick Education Foundation and Literacy Volunteers of America, has served as chairman of the education committee for the Monmouth County Association of Realtors and was President of the New York Metro Group, made up of the tri-state areas most productive independent Brokerages. Davis has fundraised for numerous charities, including MS Foundation,St. Judes Children Hospital, GMHC and various other organizations.

Along with a mission to provide the highest quality real estate service available, he believes in the necessity and power of education and encourages giving back to the community. Stuart earned his Master’s Degree from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware.

Licensed to practice real estate in New York and New Jersey, Stuart has earned the National Association of Realtors designations, CCIM in commercial real estate, considered by many a PhD in Commercial Real Estate and the CRB designation for the operations and management of residential brokerages.
